some random shots from the past week:


Nothing like playing soccer in the house...


this is the 1st time C looked at the camera and said "cheese"...

we built our 1st fort - and had a blast ....

chilling on the couch - like a big boy ...

our nightly walk with alligator around the kitchen...

sporting Dad's birthday crown (always in constant motion !! )....

and showing off the cookies Dad gave him !

C has moved up to the Toddler class - the one downfall for M and I - school no longer feeds him breakfast . Which means we have to get up earlier to eat before we head out in the morning. Trial and error for sure the past two weeks on figuring out our new schedule - but FINALLY we found something that worked for all 3.

Yes that means that C eats breakfast in our bathroom every morning !

As long as he has Puppy - C is happy with the new arrangement ....

and all i got was pjs ....

so Matthew and I flew to Chicago to catch a Cubs game for M's bday - we could not leave w/o picking something up for C . M was very excited when he came across these pj's at the stadium - C was excited they had the letter "C " on them - but in his eyes that stood for Cookie Monster - not the Cubs!

BIG Birthday - Happy Birthday !


C practiced all week on "Happy Birthday" -- lets just say he had the "Happy" down!

please do not bother me ...

while I'm trying to watch ELMO !

Friday is C last day in the Infant classroom - he and two of his friends are moving on up to the Toddler program ( he is growing up too fast ! )


(I'm sure it goes w/o saying - C is the redhead in the middle! )

lets see ... we have gone for many walks- C seems to like the fresh air - perfect nap weather !


we have gotten in some play time with Daddy ...

and there is always a little time to play some tunes - " C is for Cookies " being #1 right now ...

sat mornings..

C loves Sat. morning - it is the one time during the week that he gets to watch Sesame Street. He grabs - his milk - cheerios - crawls up onto the couch - and gets comfy...



and gets very excited when Elmo appears !

a couple of weeks late on this post - but when the weather finally got nice - we spent it outside - started off working on our basket ball skills...




decided it was also a nice day to get a few swings in....

took some time out to pull our weight -and help Dad clean out the flower beds...

but really had a blast playing peek a boo with Mom !!
